Hi Tory- I meant to reply to your OT 5-8 levels chat. I watched it on my TV and made a mistake lying down and fell asleep. What I wanted to say, your explanation of the levels and how one is pulled to continue through the levels was very helpful. As a never in, it is so easy to say "how could someone get into this", but your explanation brought it home for me. I love your positivity and wisdom. Your persistence and pressing on is so telling.

I love how Tori just casually drops the fact that scientology drugs people. It's listed in lots of legal papers, ex-scientologists statements, and documentaries, yet it isn't talked about much. I find it VERY fascinating that an anti-psych and anti-psych med cult loves to use psych meds and psych techniques against its members. It was mentioned that they used to love chloral hydrate slipped into food and drink, but have branched out and use other meds too now. I wonder what Tori knows about the topic.

Can a persistent and determined turtle beat a lazy rabbit? Yes. Can it win every race, every time? No. I take it as inspiration. If most people give up or don't even try, persistence and determination are like super powers. Better odds, but not a guaranteed win. Still, don't give up.
